Shipping and Handling Terms
We have chosen Federal Express to deliver our plants to you. This decision was based on our experience with different carriers delivering plants to us over the past 22 years we have been in operation.

Shipping Destinations
Presently, we are shipping to all the contiguous states except Arizona. Your order will be shipped in the pot with the exception of California and Alaska. Orders to California and Alaska will be shipped bare root. We are not shipping out of the United States at this time.

Shipping Schedules
To ensure that your receive your hostas promptly, we ship as follows:

• Northeast - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
• East of the Mississippi - Monday & Tuesday
• West of the Mississippi - Monday only

Note: This schedule is to avoid having your shipment of hosta sitting in a terminal over the weekend.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are $9.95 for your first hosta plant, then twenty-five cents for each additional plant. Your shopping cart will calculate the appropriate shipping charges on your order.

Payments Accepted
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, checks and money orders.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our plants to arrive in good, healthy condition and to be properly labeled. Your satisfaction is our goal so that you will continue to order from us and recommend us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase to us within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price.

Bottom line, if it was our fault, please let us know within 30 days and we will correct it to your satisfaction. We can not be responsible after 30 days due to the unpredictability of Mother Nature and other problems beyond our control.
